Residex Budget Report - Worth it?

Just wondering if it is worth the $155 to purchase the Residex report of top 50 suburbs in Sydney under $500,000 - Has anyone purchased this?

Is there an alternative to this?

I'm happy to pay for information that may help me find an area worthwhile investing in, as I'm a bit stuck at the moment.

Of course I would do my own due diligence, but if it leads me in the right direction then it may be worthwhile.
