I am seeking peoples opinion on QLD Residex data. I have the resale data report and the predictive top 100. The initial data is excellent and appears well filtered and comprehensive. However I wonder about the predictive model. Has any one used this predictive data in NSW and if so to what degree have they been accurate?
I realise this is a statistical model and logic and common sense needs to be applied but I question my own abilities and powers of deduction when they are mentioning outer suburbs as the place for capital gain. I mean outer outer as well not just 8 - 10 kms.
Other opinions and experience would be appreciated.
