Restrictive Covenant details

I'm looking at a potential IP and the title has a "Restrictive Covenant Burden" on it but no details of what that covenant is. Where can I get the details of the burden (WA property, burden registered in 1974)?

Highly unusual that there is no details on the title, have you seen the title?

Each covenant is registered so if you can see the title and it still doesn't have the details on it then you can use the covenant number and talk to Landgate in WA.

The entire line reads:
1. A904951 RESTRICTIVE COVENANT BURDEN. REGISTERED 16.12.1974

Then after that its:
Warning: A current search of the sketch of the land bla. bla.

You can request a copy from Landgate - will cost about $25. A REA or settlement agent will have an online account and can do it electronically.

Here is a copy of what you will receive - this is a registered covenant on one of my IPs. It may be easy to read or so full of legalese you will have no idea what it says

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Westminster, for reference you can access restrictive covenants online from the landgate website if you have the number from the Title:
Titles & Surveys -> Certificate of Title -> Associated Documents

Cost is $25.
