Hi Rolf,

I wonder if you could take a look at the post regards selling PPOR to purchase duplex with the idea of living in bottom, renting out top.

Ian has posted an idea I had not considered, involving LOC on PPOR, to provide large deposit.

I have posted a reply to Ian and wonder if you could add your expertise to the scenario (I think I might have forgotten to add in my current $150,000 loan on PPOR)...get real confused with too much maths all at once.
