What are peoples thoughts on Roma Qld. From what I see there are a number of properties 60 + available to rent with MANY more being built approx 40 + that I figure will only reduce currents asking prices even further.
I see current properties sitting on the market for sometime with many priced way to high for the current market and very few if any lookers.
There is heaps of work here but it seems camps, fly in or drive in etc will cause a few issues with rentals.
Would you buy here or have you already and what are your thoughts.
