Brisbane sales volume growth is interesting (as well as 0 growth over 5 year period).

Not sure I believe Cbr figures - but macro level data can often come out that way.

yep volume is up with minimal price movement so far. Should be plenty of room to run yet.

Thanks for the link, interesting what they say about Brisbane and I know for a fact just looking at all the rate ucv'on the wall in front of me that most of that is not 100%,many academics use references without trying to understand the simple 80-20,and market within markets..
