Just thought I would share this with anyone who has combank accounts.
Combank Mywealth offers the option to add property to a portfolio overview.
This then generates an RPdata report figure on current property price.
Quite handy and saves bugging mortgage Brokers/Paying for a rough figure.

You basically need a CBA account, and if you want the prices, you need to link a property on MyWealth to a CBA loan (splits count as individual loans).

My employer provides me with RP Data Pro access, happy to assist in sending through some CMA Reports or Recent Sales reports in a PDF through email. Just send me the property address

Sometimes the turnaround time is the only gotcha.
You don't need to link the property to a loan to see a price, you just need to start the link process and it gives you the figure.
You can also browse suburbs for properties for sale and see Rpdata pricing underneath them, this quickly helps sort the overpriced ones

I have this feature on my NetBank, but I find the RPdata figure to be grossly misleading. Says my first IP is valued about 20% more than what it actually is.

If the bank valuers thought what RPData thought, I'd be a real happy lady.

85% of the time a desktop valuation by Combank will use Rpdata figures.
You can use this figure to topup or refinance the loan.
