S32 doesn't contain easement info?

I got that page: "plan of subdivision"

but it doesn't have those "lines" I'm used to seeing,

usually they will draw a line inside your lot to tell you about easements? or maybe mine doesn't have any?!?!!?

hmmmm, but it has gas/water/electric connected.........hmmmmm,

Lot 10 is the one i am after:

Not all blocks have easments and if they do it is usually for sewer not power /gas etc.

Easments do get added in at a later date, and are often not shown on older plans. Don't rely only on old plans. You may need a titles search.

Is titles search something free?

btw, why is the land 100 x 250? It adv that it's a 1000 sqm land.

Are the measurements always in cm? or yards? or ..........

There is 25.4 mm to an inch,

8 inches to a link,

100 links in a chain,

so 800 inches in a chain x by 25.4m =20320mm =20.3 meters.

250 links x 8 inches x 25.4 mm = 50800mm =50.8 meters

20.3 x50.8 =1031.24 SQM.

A chain consisted of 100 links and was used by land surveyors to measure and peg out properties.

Some times after years of use the chain would become longer by wear in the links or stretching and that is why you often find a block that may measure a bit over.

I am impressed too!
