Sales Data for SA

I was wondering if the public are able to perform searches of recent sales data. I know that Real Estate agents in SA are able to do this, but I on searching the web (including the SA Govt web sites) I couldn't find any details on how members of the public can perform searches for recent sales. I did find the PropertyAssist site, bit as far as I can determine this only allows searches for the details of a particular property.

Any suggestions on how to get this information would be appreciated.

Hi JM,

The public can attend the Land Titles Office in Chesser House in Grenfell St (opposite Harris Scarfe).. There one may select various suburbs, the number of months and receive a list of all Addresses and Sales Prices. There's a cost, but its nominal.
