Sales Figures Required

I was wondering if anyone here could give me an avenue of where to look to find the sales figures of a particular suburb in Melbourne. I also need the figures for the last four years. Thank you in advance

Australian Property Monitors, provide this stuff in a 12mth report, also HomePath a CommBank site. Check the prices.

And www.residex.com.au

some offer discounts for multiple reports so see if you or a friend wants a report at the same time.

The Age newspaper offers reports on all properties auctioned/reported to them. Usually the reports are advertised in the paper on Saturdays, or ring The Age for details

This can make interesting reading street by street

Not much help for private sales, and don't forget some areas have very few auctions, only those required by legislation eg mortgagee, state trustees etc
