Touch wood they have been good so far.
No issues, but we don't let them jump and watch their weight.
It also helps that the regular sausages dog was the runt and the other is a mini so it might help reduce the risk of back problems.
However we full knew these issues before purchasing, same as how a weim can be a handful unless YOU control it. Otherwise it will assume it is the leader of the pack since you are not being the leader.
A dog you control is much more enjoyable than a dog you don't control. Our dogs stay outside during the day, walk directly beside us (not in front or behind), if we let them on the lead will not go further than 10m and come back when requested. Sit before eating and will wait till we say it is okay, when inside they can only go on the mat and they will stay there until we call them otherwise (even if we go to the other end of the house).
Not saying it is a military program or we don't love them but dogs need a leader.
