section 32 costs??

looking to sell my place.

can anyone please advise what it costs to get a section 32 made up.

I am located in newport, so anywhere around williamstown, yarraville, altona would be fine.

a rough guide on what i should be up for??

It is an apartment with body corp fees.

Sometimes there are two or more body corporates, depending if there are ancillary units, storage cages etc. Check with the OC manager. If there are multiple BC's, there will be mutiple charges for each document that needs to be released for the section 32. This will influence the final costs.

But for pure conveyancing I have paid $600 for a property that I have sold last year, not including the costs I mentioned above which pushed it up to $920 in total. The apartment was in Sth Melbourne and would have been a larger complex.
