Section 32

Does anyone know if a copy of the Building Permit has to be included by law in the Section 32 or will a CofO suffice at this stage. I am happy to provide a copy of the Building Permit in the Contract of Sale once an offer is made but would prefer not to have it on show with the cost of the build for all to see at section 32 stage
 
Wouldn't the Home Warranty Insurance show the cost of the building contract anyway? This is an essential part of the contract of sale, so your hope of hiding the build cost can't be realised.
 
Certainly the final contract of sale would include this but if we have a CofO I cant see what the original building contract needs to be included for as you cant get a cof without having had the building permit passed
