Hi All
I thought I'd throw this in to the ring to see what your thoughts are.
I have attached an excel chart showing the relationship between interest rates and median house prices in the 6 major centres.
Feel free to fill in the gaps and correct any doubtful info. I correlated the info from various sources. To make the chart resemble some sense I divided the median house price by 1000 to show a comparison between the interest rates and the house prices.
I wonder what the picture would look like with median incomes added.
