Has anyone used these or similar services and can offer comments? From my quick enquiries it costs $199 to advertisie on RE.com and D.com and around $50 to get a for rent sign. Then also give you a tenant search and access to all forms in the price, which seems reasonable.
I've only heard good things about LandLord's Choice and will be using their $199 package shortly for a property in Perth. Currently they are the only means of getting your ad on realestate.com.au, which is the first place people look when searching for a rental. $199 gets you ads on re.com and domain, plus all the paperwork required and rental/credit checks. Plus from my reading of it, they become the first point of contact and field enquiries for you (although i could've misread that part)

I rang them both yesterday and LL choice does field enquiries and then they forward emails on to you. They give you 1 tenant check in the package but you can order more (I think at $10 each).
Eezirent do similar, but offer a $1 a day subscription (min 3 months) that allows you to advertise on RE.co (but not domain) for $99, but also to keep receipts, status updates online and access all their resource docs. Without subscription advertising is $199 as for LL choice. I have my own spreadsheets so think LL choice is good enough for me, but Eezi rent offer a better rental sign for cheaper I think.
Either way, I'm very happy that don't have to pay a REA!
