Self Representing on Settlement - Excel Templates

Hi There,

I have decided to self represent on my settlements from now on and would like to know if anyone has an Excel template that calculates the rates and taxes that are apportioned to the Buyer and Seller and also can produce a settlement statement as well?

Isn't it just something like $total x days/365

that is all it is - a simple pro rata figure between seller and buyer ownership periods.

It shouldn't be to hard to set a work sheet in Excel, to automatically calculate these figuresand produce a settlement statement.

If buying ensure that the rates and taxes have been paid for the current year by the vendor.

There is a fair bit that needs to be considered such as you is paying the rates and taxes, overdue amounts owed etc.

Someone who has a template prepared that auto calculates the settlement statement would be very handy.
