Thanks Matthew,

Very interesting. We probably will see more and more houses design and build that way in the future.

We just simply cannot afford to waste it any more. It just gets too expansive to chuck it away, I think.

Even car (private car) with few bags and other junk of garbage here in Sydney is $12 to take it to Waste Disposal Depot?!

$275-300 is for 4-metre commercial garbage bin (5 days).

Not talking about utilities...Different kind of angel but still the same, I guess.

# What about Melbourne? How much do they charge in Melbourne to "visit" Garbage Pit folks? And who pays for it the Landlord or Tenant at the end/beginning of the contract?
