I want to get out of the IP game and sell my Hotel unit on the Gold Coast. It carries a 15+10 year lease to the Hotel Management (in its 4th year now). I put it up for auction six months ago but it did not reach the reserve price. I am not convinced that the estate agent did a good enough job on publicising the unit widely enough. I am prepared to take a loss on the original price paid 4 years ago ($248,000). Any advise would be welcome.
