Selling a previous PPOR with DA - tax effect?

    Are there any tax considerations in selling a previous PPOR (well within 6 years of moving out) with a DA in place? The goal being a higher selling price?

    How does it effect CGT, if at all?

    Can you claim the expense as deductible if it is established whilst the property is an IP with tenants?

    Any other considerations?
