Im going to put my IP's on the market due to a change in circumstance.
Im starting off by selling my 2 bed unit in Rosehill Sydney.
Ive spoken to a couple of agents, one outside the area and the one who currently manages it.
My question is, would it be more advisable to use a "outsider" as they can offer similar to the managing agent, but also bring in some new investors which they may have looking in the area they predominately operate in? My managing agent also is selling one in the same block, so they will play both properties off against each other, which may or may not work in my favour?
One agent has offered a commission rate of 1.9%, so does this seem like a reasonable rate?
