L louiselovley 10th Jan, 2015 #1 Hi all, I am selling a Sydney apartment privately and am wondering if I can sell via auction by commissioning an auctioneer. Does anyone know if this is possible? or is this only possible via an agent?

Propertunity 10th Jan, 2015 #2 It's certainly possible. No need for an agent. You'd have to do the Open for Inspections or private viewings yourself. One of my Buyers Agents is a licensed auctioneer. Bear in mind you are up for auctioneer's fees whether it sells on auction day or not.
