Hi all
I am a beginner at property investing and am in the process of developing a strategy and a long term plan of action for investing. I have attended seminars (both the cheap and expensive ones), bought tapes and books. I want to 'explore' a little more before I commit to a plan. I had an idea of swapping/sharing resources. If anyone has these sort of resources sitting on a shelf that you are willing to swap with what I have, (or even 'hire' out - within reason), for a short period of time, send me an e-mail. I thought this would add another dimension to the what this forum has to offer. Ta.
