shelving for shallow pantry + sliding door

We need a pantry and thinking about building shallow pantry (3600 mm wide, 450mm deep, and 2400 mm high). We can only have sliding doors to fit the space.
1. We need 350-370 cm deep shelving materials (white laminated) but Bunnings only have 295, 445 or 600 mm deep laminated stuff).
2. The sliding doors: we need about 4 x 920 mm doors (the width of the shallow pantry is 3600mm). One guy from Bunnings recommend smartrobe door system from Hume Doors (about $870 for a complete kit), but another Bunnings guy thinks that it might be to heavy for pantry, but we could not really find any suitable door from pantry section in Bunning.

Can anyone recommend suppliers for the shelving with the above size and suitable sliding doors for pantry (and the supplier), thanks. In NSW.

The upper limit of our budget is $2000 - so it has to be a DIY as the cupboard specialist quoted around $3500 (all inclussive).
Thanks

If you need something out of the ordinary you're not going to find it at Bunnings/Masters/Ikea etc.

Have a look at Bill's Board Factory - my foremen used them for various projects in previous lifetimes.

Alternatively have a look at Custom flat pack. I haven't used them but might be worth the enquiry.

Due to the weight of the unit and minimising sag due to the span of the shelves, you would best be served by 4 x 900 mm wide cupboards with 18 mm shelves & have a 30 mm deep edge put on them (or have an 2mm thick x 20 x 20 mm aluminium angle on the bottom of the front edge of each shelf (if you go for 3 x 1200 mm wide cupboards).

With the depth of your cupboard, cutting wastage is going to add to the cost as you will only get 3 shelves from a 1200 mm sheet whereas Bunnings have minimised their wastage to maximise their profit.

Try cabinets-online.com.au I haven't used them yet, but I've looked into them and they seem pretty good for custom made flat pack cabinets.

If you do try them, let me know how you go, I'm planning on usiń them for my Albury reno this month.

Thanks for the links.
