SIG Meeting December 6th - Two guest speakers.

For December we have lined up two great guest speakers.
When: Tuesday 6th December 7pm for 7:30 pm start.
Where: Roxbury Hotel, 172 St Johns Road, Glebe.

Numbers: Up to 80 persons.

SCOTT BRUNSDON -
Scott is an active property investor (and active forum member) with a background in marketing. His first hand experience in property investment has been a valuable tool for the company (www.depreciator.com.au) and he has played an integral role in transforming a conventional Quantity Surveying company into a client-focussed depreciation specialist.
Scott will talk about depreciation/QS (and will also answer any questions you may want to ask) , for approx 45 to 60 minutes all up.
ROLF LATHAM-
Rolf formed his Mortgage Broking business in 1999 (www.asapfinancial.com.au) - and has been a member of this forum since 2001. Rolf will be talking about finance structures (and will also answer any questions you may want to ask), for approx 45 to 60 minutes.
How Do I Get on the List: Post Here on this Thread your name and numbers (limit of 4) and it is first in, best dressed.
Please note - as Roxbury are now asking for money for Projector Hire - please deposit $2 in the jar at the door. Any excess money will go towards coffee/tea/biscuits.
Looking forward to seeing all newbies and regulars for networking afterwards.
PS - The Pub WILL NOT be having a loud band on that night like there was on November 8th - I have checked with them.
