Sliding partition wall?

I am thinking of adding a partition wall to my apartment which still has quite spacious space in the living area. I was wondering if anyone knows there's some kind of sliding cool funky partition that I can install, which can let me divide the space when needed, and unslide it when not needed so that I could still have the spacious living area when needed?

Also, I guess i can do anything I wan within my own apartment right? OC won't complain anything? What sort of things do I need to take care of?

How much roughly would it cost?

This was done in a house I bought once.
The track was flush with the ceiling plaster - the walls were like the office dividers, light, but not really sound deadening

its not that uncommon in office fitouts, or hotel meeting/conference areas.

Dorma has a product. its not that cheap from memory.
