Smart Space Granny Flat NSW Version

Someone mentioned the Smart Space granny flats that Bunnings sell. They looked really good but the sizes were a bit awkward for the NSW 60sqm limit under the Affordable Housing SEPP. I see they have now released (unless I missed it before) a NSW version which is 60sqm.

What do people think of these? The shell is about $50K. I guess with install & finishing off it would be around $80K which is pretty good.

PS. I have no association with the company I just think it's a neat solution that you can get from a trusted supplier.

Looked at this option but thought they looked a bit too much like a shed......

IMO - For $80k you could get some better finishing if you shop around.

Agreed they are easy and from Bunnies....can I get a refund?????

If it looks like a shed, it will rent as if it a shed.
It will most likely get valued as a shed too.
