I've been using Jamie from Pass go Home loans. (Posted above). Being in 2 different states it is actually much easier then having a broker come to your house after work. I just scan and email all the paper work Jamie needs.

I'd only recommend using an interstate broker if he / she is on the ball and prompt and so far it's been a great experience.
