Don't know about being jealous.....investing in property does come with some headaches...but over the long term it is worth it.

Have not posted my story....just an average guy who has bought 15 properties over the last 11 years.....down to 13 now as I sold 2.

I have stopped buying for the moment but will commence buying once the market is right in the areas I am looking.

so jealous right now! lol

Have you posted your story on here (your journey so to speak) i would be interested in having a read if its available. My goal is to obviously be in a similar position to yourself

Yes...I finally filled it with a tenant at $225pw....slight reduction on the $235pw rent I wanted.

Had an open house over the weekend ( shoalhaven) 4 couples through. A few had to delay due to work. A couple of applications already.
To be honest a few were put off by the fact that im subdividing the backyard and most of the yard will be gone. But others did not care at all so i would say the market is good.
