Software for Property Developers?

Devfeas, which was in the link posted by Sim is a feasability program, and does not assist with the management of a project.

We do our scheduling through Microsoft Project. The first time you use it it takes a while to set up, but once you've got your template you can just tweak it as needed for each future development.

Try Cordell's. I think you can find them at www.cordell.com.au or Rawlinsons on www.rawlinsons.com.au

oh...i sold my property management business last year, so now i only use The rental specialists to manage my own properties.

I will set it up again offering services to landlords in a couple of years, and this time i'll franchise it (probably), or place more emphasis on serviced apartments

Another scheduling program used in the Engineering/Construction area is SureTrak from Primavera Systems. My company is the Primavera dealer for Queensland; for other States, send me an email and I will provide you with the contact details of your local dealer.

Cost is $1,320 per licence (includes GST). A demo version (on CD) is available - it is the full software except you are limited to 25 activities/tasks.
