Software?

Hi everyone,
I know this must get asked bit but I have searched and didn't find clear responses. Just quickly what software do people use to analyse choices in potential buys. I know a lot can be done on paper quickly etc but for someone starting out I want to ensure I include all costs so I'm not looking at simple figures and thinking it comes out as positive cash flow. Does anyone use the software from here on somersoft, are there others or do you just create spreadsheets yourself?

It might not be the prettiest looking but it has all the everything I need for forecasting and actual plus can do a portfolio.

You can download a demo version for free to see what it does and includes a breakdown of expenses you would have e.g. legal, stamp, rates, repairs etc etc.

Will even forecast roughly when the property will become CF+ using your figures.
