ive been following a property, advertised price was $399k, about a month later it dropped down to $389k.
I found the agent/agency to be quite slack in my previous experiences, eg rude phone manner, terrible email responses, called up the agent and apparently it had sold quite a while ago (the ad never said under contract at any stage),
agent said it sold for $380k, fair enough,
a few days later, it says
Sold Range: $360,000-$420,000
is this a common practice, it just seems be a massive range and $420k was never a asking price or range?
