Some Big Change to Property market Announcement NOW

Apparently there is some big news to that was just announced that will change the Australian property market. It is on 7 news at 6.pm. I guess it is just hype???

To commemorate the death of Hugo Chavez all investment properties will be transferred to the government with no compensation. In addition all properties within 100m of any waterfront to be transferred to the government, and any spare rooms in any household must be made available to the government to give to other people to use (he did these things).
