thanks everyone. Again, he doesn't bark during the day. Not even at night or in occasions when I leave him out. I have already spoken very politely with this guy and asked him or anyone not to feed him (coz my in-law saw him dumping a bone on my area). He acknowledged that. I even told him that you should never give a cooked bone to a dog.
He's an old guy and I think getting the camera is the best way to deal with this. If I find out is him again doing it, I'll have to go to his place and politely ask him once again not to do it. I don't want him to give him any food. Well, if he wants to feed him, give him peas, carrots, or ice (he loves ice). but not cooked meat and no cooked bones!
