Anyone on the forum from Adelaide intending on writing submissions for the review.
I for one would like more security (higher Bond), along with some form of branding, preferably on the forehead of serial property wreckers.
Reducing through common sense the amount of time between tennants damaging/not paying rent and being able to have them removed.
Some sort of deterent from tennants (and landlords) from
miss-using the Tribunals time and resources.
Ability for the Tribunal/landlords/tennants to access and use prior history and cases, to asertain wether the person has a history of frivoulous claims.
My experience with the tribunal has been resonable in the past, and I have found them on the whole fair, although I have heard some horror stories.
