A total of 784 participants completed the survey, which was conducted online from Jan 16th to Feb 20th 2014.

Survey respondents were sourced from the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) member database and the subscriber databases of Smart Property Investment (SPI), Real Estate Business (REB) and Residential Property Manager (RPM) magazines.
