Hi all,
Thanx again to all the people who gave me advice on stamp duty earlier in the week. It turned out that and/or nominee doesn't work in Sydney unless it is a family member or some such. Anyway i have found a way to avoid S.D and am busy selling it to vendor and R.E. agent as we speak. Let you know how I go and how I did it if it works.
Could someone enlighten me on "flipping". I thought "flippers" could not settle the prop. themselves and therefore relied on the resale to settle.
Glad I amused Owen!
