Is there an easier way of going through the data at the back of the property mags ? I am looking for an online version of the same stats that I can export into excel. Going through the mags with a highlighter is proving highly inefficient

I used to mags, put it into excel and then sorted via filters. Was very painful.

In addition to stats there are so many other no numerical factors that come into play too..
