Strata Title Units & FHOG

I'm looking at 2 units on a strata title-can anyone tell me whether I would need to take out 2 separate loans for the units or would they be regarded as one property-this would also affect eligibility for FHOG?

Hi Roger

I assume you are purchasing TWO properties each in their own title,\

While there may be a no real problem with the OSR I feel it wuld be safer to set up
TWO sales contracts.
