Sub Division In Bendigo

Anyone here done the subdivision in North Bendigo. I have a Property on 1200 SQM area. So i'm looking to subdivide this land and develop.

Any recommend land survivor or company in Bendigo?

Just found that around 120K for three lot sub division. Now need to find the good builder to do the full project.

120k is very expensive. Or does that include driveways, fencing etc?

Way too expensive. Oscar (oc1) did my subdiv planning for Golden Square and was way way cheaper than that, even with council costs. Give him a msg from the forums

What were your per lot figures like Dave? 40k per lot is often considered very good, you must have picked a winner!
