I need some advise own a couple of IPs our latest buy is an older house in Adelaide that we want to demolish subdivide and place 3 townhouses on.
Problem is this is our first development/subdivision and to be honest I am scared!!
Anyone on the forum done similar? Is 48 grand expensive for costs and fees involved to subdivide a block into 3 would appreciate anyone's advice if they have subdivided and built in Adelaide!!
Also if anyone knows how much this would cost all up??
