Subdivision possible

Hiya

Has anyone bought a property which is on 2 lots (with 2 Section 149) and proceeded to get 2 titles (with Land Office?) How much is the cost?

Another Qn: Does 2 lots equal subdivision ? (property is in Sydney)

I am confused!!

If you have 2 lots with 2 separate lot and DPs then you have bought 2 lots of land.

It could be under auto consolidated title but the separate titles do still exist under the parent lot.

If you want to sell off one of the lots it shouldn't be a problem.
