Could someone please advice:
My sister and I have finished developing 2 units. The title is in my name, thus as it stands I have a title of land with 2 units on it.
Know we want to subdivide so we end up with a unit each on separate titles.
The question is how (if possible) do we avoid paying stamp duty with the transfer of titles?
