Was wondering if this was legal? Situation is this, we recently purchased a residential property - old 60s BV and a garage. Found tenant but he thinks he has no use for the garage and asked if we could exclude the garage as part of the lease.
I have a family friend who is willing to lease the garage out as a warehouse for his stock (he runs a Sunday market)
Would this also create complications for insurance etc.?
Potential issue with driveway access and theft?
How would I structure this legally? 2 Leases?
