Suburb Performance Reports-Investar

I find it surprising that some of the most distressed areas also have some very high growth. I genuinely don't know how to interpret that.

Well, not exactly the most scientific way to do it. And without some absolute numbers to look at it's difficult to make use of it (e.g. what if there was literally only one example found, it would shoot to the top of the list). I would say approach this data with a very critical eye.
