Now before you bag me hear me out...

I was at Surfers on holidays & looked at some hotel apartments as an IP.
Put the figures through PIA.
What I would like is to hear from anyone who has had either experience in hotel apartments or IP's in Surfers.

I realise the capital growth is bad but the cash flow could be worth it in the long run.

Any +ve & -ve responses welcome.
