What's your observation about your clients , are they getting worried about " missing out " , become more motivated ?

Our clients tend to be well-educated about the reality of the buying process during their time with us, so the hype is replaced with our guidance and an innate calm during the search :) Well, with most clients anyway...!

Those who tend to rush in, panic-stricken, unprepared, lacking due diligence with the fear of "missing out" tend not to use BA services. They're the ones rocking up at auctions and buying 30mins prior without contract reviews, building reports or commonsense. Impulse buying they call it :rolleyes:

I am really curious how difficult is it at the moment to secure properties for your clients in this market. Surely, your clients panic, when its boom times fear sets in.

Hi MTR

It's challenging and difficult, absolutely, and this environment makes it harder for us as BAs to locate and secure good property. However, we're in the market constantly and know it sufficiently well enough to be able to compete effectively.
