You should actually post this in the "meeting point" section of the forum... I am sure one of the mod's will move it for you.

Also you should put the cost in as well... $20 at the door?

You also don't mention anywhere details about the nature of your organisation on your website or in your newsletters ?

Are you an association ? A not-for-profit organisation ? A for-profit company ?
