If it's +350k at my price range that's a crazy increase. Hell even at the 1.5m range that's a big step, but congratulations on the purchase! I'm working with my broker at the moment tying the finance pre-approvals up so I can have a concrete ceiling for bidding - even though I won't be participating in the first week weeks while I suss it out. The ones I'm attending I'll be getting reports on from him so I'm not going in with my eyes closed.
I've already seen plenty of guides of 750-800 get smashed and the house ends up at the 920s so I'm ready for that. I'm just not ready for overly emotional first time buyers or young professionals who just want to win.
