tax implications of dual occupancy property in ACT

Hi! We are thinking of buying a dual occupancy property in the ACT - we would live in one house, and rent the other out.
Can you please advise me -
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ( e.g. on the net) on the tax implications e.g. CGT? what about tax concessions on rented property?

Try the ATO website.

There is one book on rental properties and one of CGT. You can also get hard copies from the ATO for free.
