Tell us about your lifestyle (wages, job, age)

Hi,

I've always wondered about the life of a typical "property investor". How they go about their life-style, how much they make, their jobs, etc.

Since this is a forum, I'm sure everyone is more open to talk about these things, unlike in the physical world ;)

Please Post:

1. Age
2. Job Profession (sales clerk, medical doctor, student, self-employed, unemployed)
3. Annual Salary/Wage from job (before tax)
4. Married/Single/Divorced? ... Any Kids?
5. Year of 1st IP purchase + Total IPs you have

--------

It was easy, I paid off my PPOR in January 2003, then realised I could make even more money by borrowing again and buying IP's.

Wish I had started earlier though !!!!!!!! I feel envious of the opportunities these younger ones have, with the information available to help them with forums such as these. :)

This is sooo inspirational! It just goes to show it's not how much money you make, but what you do with it that counts.

Nat:)

Just wish I had been more insistent when the banks told me no 20 years ago. When I wanted to borrow money for a house all I got from the MALE bank manager was, "What if you want to have babies?", then a firm NO! and to come back when I was married.

Oh well, better late than never.
